Business Processing Concierge (BPC) is a premium service, for all affiliated IFG advisors, that offers the entering of New Business and document retention, as well as act as a liaison between the advisor and the operational reviewing team. BPC also uploads any new service documentation into the file retention database and/or process updates related to existing accounts on an ongoing basis such as: name/address changes, ACH forms, etc.
We understand that paperwork, business processing, and NIGOs, can be an advisor’s biggest frustration and slow down your business. The goal of the service is to offer advisors with capable staff the ability to streamline their data entry and to utilize their current employees for other business building or client servicing activities. The BPC service also allows an advisor to “jump on and jump off” when office staff is on vacation or on another assignment. For advisors who currently don’t have staff in place, the BPC will act as a virtual data entry assistant allowing the advisor to focus on what’s important, clients.
