Steven brings diverse experience to his current role with Innovative Financial Group. His journey began with a brief but impactful tenure in the U.S. Army, where he developed discipline and determination. He then served as Director of Analytics at one of the top Florida Blue general agencies, collaborating closely with agency owners and executives. During his tenure, his data-driven approach was instrumental in navigating the challenges posed by the 2014 implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Seeking personal growth and a deeper connection to helping others, Steven transitioned to the financial services industry. After passing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, he impressively completed his Series 7 and 66 registrations in just over a month.

Steven resides in Jonesboro, GA, where he enjoys weekend hiking with his fiancée, Ashley. He takes great joy in spending time with his son, Jace, who is quickly growing through his early years.
