As the Director of Finance at Innovative Financial Group (IFG), I specialize in helping advisors and their teams seamlessly navigate onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and payroll. Beyond the numbers, I also serve as a dedicated HR resource and additional point of contact for staff members navigating personal and professional life updates.
Advisors typically come to me for guidance on team payroll updates, advisor fee and reimbursement reporting, and general HR workflows. I specialize in solving complex operational headaches—whether that means tracking down missing compensation, managing fee corrections, or troubleshooting provisioning and technology access for your team.

Professional Background & Expertise
Noot brings 19 years of deep financial services experience to the IFG leadership team. Prior to her role here, she served as the Director of Operations at Southern CA Johnson. Her comprehensive industry background spans major areas of financial and operational expertise, including accounting, payroll, HR, and advisor compensation. This allows her to serve as a highly strategic and reliable resource for the firms in our network.

Noot’s approach to her work can be summed up in three words: she is focused, resourceful, and deeply committed. She thrives on finding precise solutions to complex structural and financial questions.
When she is not managing the financial operations of the firm, Noot is all about family, friends, and the beautiful California outdoors:
