Kim is a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Processor with a strong background in financial services, account management, and operational efficiency. She started her career with Charles Taylor Consulting in London in the early 2000s. She quickly progressed to leadership roles in marine underwriting, high-net-worth underwriting, and financial account management, where she oversaw client portfolios, improved system operations, and enhanced reporting accuracy. Her adaptability, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask effectively allow her to excel in fast-paced environments.
A graduate of the University of Southampton with an LLB law degree and later earning an MSc in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida, Kim brings analytical thinking and organizational expertise to every role.
Aside from being a dedicated professional, Kim is a mom of two boys, Charlie and Will. In her free time, you will typically find her running her kids to soccer or theater, trying to find time for the gym or a run, and playing padel. Fun Fact: Kim has been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2012 and still coaches HIIT classes in her spare time.
