As a Business Processing Associate at Innovative Financial Group (IFG), I specialize in helping advisors and their staff seamlessly navigate Osaic systems and back-office processes. I also play a key role in supporting transitioning advisors as they join our firm, providing them with the essential resources and training needed to fill any knowledge gaps.
Advisors typically come to me for assistance with anything operations-related or when they encounter systemic roadblocks. I take pride in troubleshooting operational issues and turning tech-heavy, confusing back-office procedures into smooth, manageable workflows.

Professional Background & Expertise
Kim brings 10 years of dedicated experience in financial services and operations to the IFG team. Prior to joining the firm, she built a strong operational foundation working in P&I Insurance with Charles Taylor & Co and The American P&I Club. Her major area of expertise is operations, allowing her to serve as an invaluable troubleshooting asset for our network.
What Kim enjoys most about her role is building genuine personal relationships with advisors and partnering with them to solve their daily operational challenges.

Kim is a natural optimist who brings consistent positive vibes and optimism to the IFG team every single day.
Outside of work, her world revolves around her family and her active lifestyle:
- The Ultimate Boy Mom: Kim loves spending time with her two sons, Charlie and Will. You can frequently find her on the sidelines watching Charlie play soccer or sitting in the audience cheering for Will at his theater performances.
- Staying Active: She is incredibly passionate about health and wellness, filling her free time with running, fitness, and playing padel.
- Soccer Fanatic: To say Kim loves soccer is an understatement! It is her absolute go-to weekend activity, whether she is watching it live or passionately cheering on her favorite sports team, Southampton FC. She also loves winding down by attending live concerts.
