How I Support Our Advisors
My mission is to strengthen the overall advisor experience by removing operational friction and providing clear direction when items become complex. I work closely with our internal partners and back-office resources to improve workflows and ensure that transitions, escalations, and service initiatives continue to move forward.
Advisors typically reach out to me when a matter requires additional coordination, a high-level review, or clarity on the best path forward. Whether I am troubleshooting a complex operational matter or coordinating feedback on new technology initiatives, my focus is on connecting you with the right people and identifying a practical resolution.

Professional Background & Expertise
Kiley brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the Innovative Financial Group (IFG) team. He began his career at John Hancock in client service, operations, and control before joining Signator Investors, where he helped build out the operations support team. Following Signator’s acquisition by Advisor Group, now Osaic, Kiley joined IFG, where his work continues to focus on advisor operations, transitions, escalations, process improvement, and service experience initiatives.
With deep experience in advisor operations, transition management, and process development, Kiley is skilled at working across back-office teams, platforms, and operational processes to help create clearer workflows, stronger partnerships, and a better overall experience for advisors and their staff.
Behind the Scenes: Calm Energy & Seacoast Living
Kiley is known for bringing a calm, solutions-focused energy to the team. He is practical, resourceful, and direct, preferring to cut through confusion and identify the immediate next steps to solve a problem.
Outside of his work with IFG, Kiley enjoys a variety of personal interests:
- Home & Family: He loves spending time with his wife and their Labrador Retriever, Rigsbee.
- New Hampshire & Seacoast Roots: Kiley enjoys spending time outdoors across New Hampshire, from the Seacoast to the Lakes Region and mountains. He grew up surfing New Hampshire’s small stretch of coastline and still loves being near the water.
- Outdoor Activities: When he is not out with Rigsbee, Kiley enjoys touring New Hampshire and New England by motorcycle with his wife.
- Boston Sports: A lifelong New Englander, Kiley is a loyal Boston sports fan, especially the Bruins, Red Sox, and Patriots.
