For over 40 years, Jim has been dedicated to assisting families, small businesses, and professional individuals in developing and achieving their unique financial goals.
Jim’s experience and dedication to his profession have earned him many awards. Throughout Jim's career, he has been recognized as a multi-qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is an international, independent association of financial professionals comprised of Life Insurance and Financial Service professionals who strive to serve their clients with exemplary performance and the highest standards and ethics. Jim has earned the Signator’s honor “Achieving Client Excellence” (ACE) multiple times throughout his career. ACE, a qualification unique to the former Signator Investor’s, Incorporated, acknowledged the top 250 financial representatives within its national network of financial professionals each year.
Jim graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Jim holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and is a Life Underwriting Training Course Fellow (LUTCF®), all designations from the American College of Financial Services. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).
He is the past President and member of the Methuen, MA Rotary Club, where he has helped provide financial and essential resources to less fortunate communities in the Dominican Republic and India.
Jim’s mission is to provide the leadership to help his clients achieve their financial goals with wisdom and motivation. He is an advocate for each of his client’s unique financial goals. His consultative and strategic approach to advising his clients makes them confident that a financial strategy has been developed that aligns their goals with a plan of action.
As a Partner with Retirement Fiduciary Group, Jim can access various financial products and services. These services include Retirement Planning, Estate Planning Strategies, Life Insurance and Investment Management.
Jim is from Melrose, Massachusetts, and resides in North Andover, Massachusetts. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and a member of the Danvers and Melrose Fish and Game clubs. He is also a winemaker. The award-winning Savarino Family Wines have been recognized in numerous competitions nationally and statewide.

MDRT
- Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum commission and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only until lifetime membership is achieved after 10 years; otherwise, all members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table.
