Cory J. Murdock, CFP®, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who is passionate about helping individuals, businesses, and organizations achieve their financial goals.
After receiving his B.A. degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning, from California State University Fullerton in 1997, Cory accepted a position with John Hancock Financial Services. Honing his financial and insurance planning skills is how he earned Rookie of the Year honors, but his wealth management knowledge set his career in motion.
In 2000, he earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) mark. A few years later, he founded Murdock Wealth Management, a small full-service investment management and financial services company located in Anaheim Hills, California.
With his twenty-plus years of experience and vast knowledge of financial markets, Cory has become a well-known investment professional in the area. Industry professionals seek him out for his advanced product and planning strategies knowledge.
Cory is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, the Financial Planning Association, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the National Association of Plan Advisors. Cory lives in Southern California with his wife, Alison, and their twins, William and Madison. Cory enjoys many outdoor activities in his free time, such as golf, motorsports, and traveling.
