The Compensation and Finance Team is here to support IFG-Affiliated Advisors with the challenges that can arise in running a successful business.  The team is here to help you resolve compensation issues and escalations, provide ad-hoc reporting on your business, and to provide training and resources to help you navigate the B/D’s Compensation Report Center. The team also provides access to our turnkey payroll processing solution, which allows you to provide a full suite of benefits and resources to your staff.   

In addition, the team is available to assist you with designing compensation packages and incentive plans for your team members, as well as provide you with financial consulting services to navigate firm expansion and growth initiatives.
